Abstract/Sommario: Seoul, 10 years ago. In the present day, Seong-gong is still a shy, retiring type who works at a small clothes-making business and is haunted by guilt over what he did. At the suggestion of a workmate, he attends the local Bong-il evangelical church, where he is brought face to face at a discussion group with the now-adult Jang-mi (Yang Jo-a). A fey churchgoer, she doesn't recognise him and is very friendly. He follows her home and later, pretending to live close by, applies for a vacancy in the coffee shop where she works. As they become close friends, Seong-gong imagines she has effectively forgiven him under God, even though she still has no idea he is linked with her traumatic past. He tries, unsuccessfully, to get Gyu-sang to attend the church and ask for forgiveness. As winter closes in, the church's missionary, Jang Min-u (Son Sang-gyu), takes Seong-gong, Jang-mi and two other churchgoers on an outing to the sea. There, they later play "confessions" - which radically changes everything.

Jeom-rye hides him and provides him with food, and the two come to have physical relations. Another widow, Sa-wol (Do Kum-bong), begins to suspect Jeom-rye's strange behavior and discovers the truth.

Abstract/Sommario: A human trafficker is infected with an unknown virus and dies in a Bundang hospital. In less than 24 hours since the death of the first patient, more similar cases are reported all over Bundang. Fatalities rise rapidly even before the government can react properly to the virus and more of its citizens are getting infected every minute.
