Abstract/Sommario: It's the 16th year of King Jeong-jo's rule and a series of murders break out in the capital of Joseon. The King suspects that the murders are part of some high officials' conspiracy to cover up an embezzlement scandal. He commissions the famous Detective K to solve the case and find out who is behind it. Kim Jin's investigation is off to a shaky start as he gets attacked by assassins from day one. He narrowly escapes death with the help of a dog seller, Seo Pil. Together, they head out to Jeokseong to find Wolfsbane, the flower that holds the key to the case. In Jeokseong, they meet a beautiful business magnate, Han who seems to know far more secrets than she appears at first.

Abstract/Sommario: Seoul, the present day. In a street one day Kim In-cheol (Jeong Ui-gap) confronts Gyeong-tae (Choi Ji-ung), the ex-husband of his sister Gyeong-jin (Lee Eun-ju), and tells him to look after their young baby Jae-hyeon so that Gyeong-jin's life won't be ruined. Gyeong-tae refuses and beats up In-cheol. After being sudddenly laid off at work, In-cheol suggests that he and Hye-jeong move to the countryside, where the air is better and he could train as a cook and open a restaurant. In-cheol's younger brother, 30-year-old In-ho (Jeon Gwang-jin), lives with his girlfriend Min-jeong (Han Song-i) and works as a service driver, trying to raise ₩3.5 million (US$3,400) to pay back his student loan. In-cheol also starts doing the same work to continue helping out his parents financially. Amid all their problems, the children forget the date of their elderly mother's birthday, which she celebrates with just her husband. The same night, after driving an argumentative drunk (Cha Sun-bae) back home, In-ho watches as the man has a heart attack. Panicking, he calls In-cheol for help, and the two dispose of the body, with In-cheol coaching In-ho in a cover story for when the police come and question him.

Her older sister, Se-hi (PARK), thinks this hobby is both useless and dangerous, but can’t seem to stop her. Jung-mi soon discovers that a so-called “forbidden video” is at the center of attention among the online video-sharing community. KIM Taekyoung made his feature debut in 2004 with the horror film , which took in over half a million admissions at the box office. Previous to his debut, he worked as an assistant on IM Sang-soo’s feature debut, (1998) and PARK Heon-soo’s (2000). His most recent feature was (2007).

Do-won gives RU4 a clean bill of technical health but says he is unqualified to do any more. Later, UR chairman Gang Seong-cheol (Song Yeong-chang), and his team led by research executive Min Yu-na (Kim Seo-hyeong), arrive at the monastery to decommission RU4, on the grounds that he is an old series. III: Happy Birthday. Young Park Min-seo (Jin Ji-hui) secretly orders a replacement 8 Ball from a strange website so her pool-obsessed father (Lee Seung-jun) and uncle (Song Sae-byeok) won't noticed she's damaged it. She throws the original ball out of the window and it drops down a hole in the street. Two years later, South Korea is threatened by an asteroid that looks exactly like a giant version of the 8 Ball. In their underground shelter, the family tries to cancel the order via the extra-terrestrial website. Ten years later, the adult Min-seo (Bae Du-na) and her family emerge from their shelter.
